Our board-certified Interventional Radiologists offer a medical specialty which uses state of the art image guidance to perform minimally invasive procedures, many of which required surgery in the past. Interventional Radiology pioneered many of the most commonly performed minimally invasive procedures utilized today. These include balloon angioplasty and vascular stent procedures. Our Interventional Radiologists perform hundreds of complex life saving procedures a year, treating everything from cancer to complex vascular conditions.
We see patients daily via telehealth at a variety of convenient times (Monday-Friday). For in-person consultation, we see patients at the GW Medical Faculty Associates (6th floor). For emergency consultations at the GW Hospital, our services are available 24 hours a day.
